Chapter 2: Getting an Account

Any KAUST member with valid KAUST credentials should be able to directly login to and use Ibex. No need for extra steps for account setup.

To validate your credentials try to login to either:

http://portal.kaust.edu.sa/

or

https://webmail.kaust.edu.sa/

If for any reason you couldn't login to these pages

Or

You were able to login but you can't login to Ibex cluster, then please contact IT Help Desk.
