Development tools available on Shaheen

Several development tools are available on Shaheen, to help users to debug, profile and optimize their codes.

• to debug: Allinea DDT, Totalview, atp ,gdb
• to profile: Allinea MAP, CrayPat
• to  do in-depth profiling and analyse the performance: Craypat
• to parallelize a code with OpeMP directive: Cray Reveal
