Installed packages on Shaheen II
A vast number of packages are installed and available on Shaheen II. Before building or requesting installation of new packages or libraries,
check if the desired package is already installed on the system.
1) Get the list of all installed packages:
module avail
2) Looking for a specific software:
module avail --long 2>&1| grep software
3) List Cray installed libraries:
module avail -L
4) List of Programming Environments:
module avail -P
